Allow ability to add additional account manager type (SAM/FSR) for long-running or multi-cloud accounts
Allow ability to set SAM/FSR as primary/alternate for clarity in CMP
Allow ability to set reporting severity per SAM (for what reports they recieve)
Future-proof CMP by adding a "CSM" category.
