When customer start with the :gear: icon and go to his profile or any other user, clicking the back button takes him back to the list of users, which does not happen when he start with his avatar on the upper right panel of CMP.
I believe this is because all users regardless of their role/permissions can access their own profiles through their avatar, but only Admins can access the IAM page/Users List.
Although as Admin, indeed he would expect that the back button would take him back to the list of users regardless of the path.
