Normally when you have the option to upload something in bulk, the platform gives you the option to download a sample excel template that contains one row of example data to show the user how to structure everything for a successful upload.
I think we should do this for Bulk Flex RI orders and for adding users in bulk. This ensures everything is uploaded in the correct format.
