Default CC

Would it be possible to add "default" emails to the "Additional CCs" field by default when raising tickets through the DoiT CMP?

    For context; we currently ask anyone raising a ticket to CC key groups within the org for visibility of an issue. In numerous retros it's become apparent that this process can break (people forget) and then this delays the distribution of information across the company. We noticed that on certain tickets, people like our google account manager, and CSM are CC'd automatically - so assume it can't be much of a leap to add a couple more?
