Grant access to specific dashboards without general Cost Analytics access

Customers are asking for the option to grant users or teams visibility into the cost of a single GCP projects or a limited scope of resources. This way they can create cost transparency and awareness in their teams without oversharing the whole company cloud billing. This is currently not possible as the user needs to have Cloud Analytics permissions in the CMP This is a very German problem but definitely one we will see more often in the future. Before I worked at DoiT, GCP customers of mine have solved this with multiple Billing Accounts which was far from ideal for multiple reasons
