Error page should be displayed if I don't have access to the ticket

Today we have a very confusing situation where a user gets simply a blank page when accessing a ticket opened by his e.g. co-worker. Feature Request: Display a proper error if access to the ticket is denied. Additionally, if the user belongs to the same org as the ticket, it may be worth to share a link to "Enable Ticket Sharing" help article.
