'View' only permission on CMP Billing tab

Hi , I would like to ask for your help. Is it possible to create a read-only role for the WHOLE billing tab? I raise this request in regard to the DoiT portal itself. I mean to expose the user to the billing tab- with no edit permissions, only view.

Filing a ticket with CMP should make it easy to get to the ticket

Ideally, `request` should be a link to my request so I could quickly go to it...And maybe, I should be able to quickly get to the last couple things I filed.(Fwiw, the tickets page takes 7s to load, which is pretty painful.)
